Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with expertise in CNC machining to join our team. This role is commission-based and offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, making it an excellent opportunity for a retiree or an industry veteran looking to leverage their expertise and industry connections.

Responsibilities

1.      B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with businesses that require CNC machining services.

​a.      Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions based on our CNC manufacturing and fabrication capabilities.

​b.      Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.

2.      Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.

​a.      Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

​b.      Collaborate with the technical team to assess project feasibility and provide accurate quotes and timelines to clients.

​c.      Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

3.      Client Relationship Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

​a.      Utilize your knowledge of CNC machining and our capabilities to provide expert solutions to prospective customers.

​b.      Address customer questions promptly.

4.      Sales Strategy: Work with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

​a.      Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

​b.      Provide feedback to management team regarding market demands and customer expectations.

5.      Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status and potential opportunities.

​a.      Utilize CRM software to maintain current records

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with specific experience in the CNC machining industry.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, applications, and technical specifications.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Rate & Schedule

As this is an independent contractor position, hours are flexible. You work full-time or part-time.

Commission-based compensation provides the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Pay, commission, term, and schedule will be defined in your independent contractor agreement.
