To return a product, please complete the below RGA Form and submit to sales@viewpointmfg.com. You will be issued a RGA authorization code if your return is accepted. Please return the product with the completed form and authorization code. Returns without an authorization code will not be processed.

·        All information required on the form must be filled out in order to receive an RGA

·        The RGA is valid for 30 days. A new request must be submitted if goods have not been returned within 30 days.

·        Items must be in new condition. 

·        Freight must be pre-paid.

·        Special orders, modified items, used and obsolete items cannot be replaced.

·        Special orders and modified items made to spec can be reworked.

Viewpoint Manufacturing has a range of payment terms from COD, net 15, and net 30. For payment options other than COD, please complete the below credit application and return to AR@viewpointmfg.com.
